A, title XVIII, §1856(j), Jan. 1, 2021, 134 Stat. 4276, which added this subchapter, resulting in substitution of "[RESERVED]" for "STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATION FOR PRIVATE SECURITY CONTRACTORS" in subchapter heading and no change in item 4551.
