Authority for Government-Owned, Government-Operated Facilities To Access Production Base Support Funds
Pub. L. 118–159, div. A, title III, §335, Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 1856, provided that: "Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 23, 2024], the Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations providing that Government-owned, Government-operated facilities are eligible to receive production base support funding from the Army."
Anti-Lock Brake System and Electronic Stability Control Kit for Certain Army Vehicles
Pub. L. 118–159, div. A, title III, §355, Dec. 23, 2024, 138 Stat. 1859, provided that:
